Looking at what stuff your alts have is really handy. Titanbar lets you look at your alt’s vault and bags. (My HugeBag has those too, but they may be cross-connected to TB, I always had them together.) Also, it helps to look/search your vault when you’re de-conning relics and can’t remember what legacies you already have in your vault.
Re recent game changes and plugin updates – I’ve always used the LOTRO Plugin Compendium “app”, it checks for updates and d/ls new/updated plugins from the http://www.lotrointerface.com repository, and so far I’ve not had anything broken. But its easy to do a total re-install with this, in case some old settings are the issue.
